【苦勞網記者陳韋綸／台北報導】台北市都發局14日召開都市更新審議及爭議處理委員會，討論市定古蹟文萌樓是否納入都更範圍，長期經營文萌樓的日日春關懷互助協會在會前表態，訴求委員會決議將文萌樓劃出範圍，並由文化局徵收公有以維護古蹟。委員對於是否劃出的意見不一，委員會主席、北市都發局長邊泰明表示，希望此案能夠達到實施者、屋主與日日春「三贏」局面，因此決議給予實施者聖德福建設2個月的時間進行協調...（閱讀全文）
