世界盃戰前　普丁與梅克爾商討烏克蘭局勢

俄羅斯之聲報導，出訪巴西的俄羅斯總統普丁（Vladimir Putin），在觀賞世界盃冠軍戰前，先在里約熱內盧與德國總理梅克爾（Angela Merkel）會面商討烏克蘭局勢。
 
俄羅斯總統府發言人佩斯可夫（Dmitry Peskov）表示︰「普丁和梅克爾認為，若要讓接觸小組恢復運作，一份早先提出的停火宣言，以及換囚都是必要的。」

烏克蘭軍方周日的砲擊行動，擊中俄羅斯西部羅斯托夫州兩棟民宅，對此普丁在會議中表示，烏克蘭此舉是「令人無法接受的」。（林奐成╱綜合外電報導）
