北市垃圾袋零售解禁　最快2周後上路

台北市議會三讀通過台北市一般廢棄物清除處理費徵收自治條例修正案，解除專用垃圾袋不得拆封零售，及以回饋金購買的限制，市府公告，最快兩周後上路，未來專用垃圾袋將可拆封零售，各里也可以回饋金購買垃圾袋當贈品回饋里民，以符合里民實際需求。
 
北市環保表示，為防止民眾購買使用偽袋，及考量污染者付費原則，北市實施垃圾費隨袋徵收時，專用垃圾袋於外包裝袋張貼防偽標籤，並禁止環保局委託的行銷系統拆除專用垃圾袋外包裝零售及作為活動或回饋贈品。但因目前每個專用垃圾袋都張貼防偽標籤，加強防偽功能，原規定委託販賣商不得拆除專用袋外包裝零售，已無必要。另多有民眾反映回饋金購買的宣導贈品常不符需求，且市府也有發給特殊對象專用垃圾袋抵價券，盼以回饋金購買專用垃圾袋回饋里民，因此提出修正，刪除相關禁止規定。
 
環保局長吳盛忠表示，目前北市垃圾袋有7種規格，從3公升至120公升不等，以3公升及14公升為例，零售價各為1元及5元。（郭美瑜／台北報導）
