佔凱道辦"大腸花"論壇 主辦者被起訴

今年4月反服貿學運結束後，在凱道舉行「大腸花垃圾話論壇」的網路名人「音地大帝」姚姓男子，今天被台北地檢署依違反集遊法起訴。 檢方指出，當晚姚姓男子在凱道聚集群眾，影響通行，警方曾4度舉牌，並以廣播勸離，但群眾仍未停止。不過，姚姓男子庭訊時否認犯行，並指出集遊法是違憲的惡法，同時聲稱當天並沒有看到警察舉牌制止，但檢方還是將他以違反集遊法起訴。
