幫我修正我的救生動作

抬頭捷泳--游的頻率會一直加快節奏會亂掉,如果游50米(前面35較輕鬆後面15米覺得非常疲倦而且較漫長)
抬頭蛙泳--前進動力不大,而且換氣頻率較快
測泳--頭會沒入水中,前進動力小
仰泳--頭無法保持在水面上,每換氣一次頭就會再水中一次
仰漂--(最大問題)
體型較瘦,曾做過訓練,肌肉密度較高
不容易浮起來,會一直下沉,請問各位有什麼較好的訓練方式
來幫助我訓練成功

請各位幫我修正動作,並給予寶貴的意見
