罰九百五十萬 夜市地主不滿

台中市政府今天(十三號)由都發局帶隊，前往市政觀光夜市，依法斷水電、強制拆除，還切斷業者私設的水電管路，再以紐澤西護欄徹底封閉現場，遏止夜市死灰復燃。市府表示，拆除費用約五十萬，將要求地主支付。但下午陸續有地主電話抗議，認為罰地主不合理，市府說，九百六十萬罰單已寄出，請地主向內政部申訴 。(寇世菁報導)

台中市豪宅區夜市違法經營，引發各界議論，市府連續開單處罰夜市負責人無效後，祭出重罰，撤銷原罰單，改罰二十名地主，總計三天罰款九百六十萬。同時，維護公權力，展現鐵腕作為，由都發局帶隊，十多個單位，上百人前往市政觀光夜市，斷水電，強制拆除違章廁所和攤架，甚至挖除埋在地下的業者私接的水電管路，遏止違法夜市死灰復燃。市府都發局統計，相關機關單位，出動多部挖土機吊車等重型機具，總計拆除費用約五十萬，將要求夜市地主支付。

營業三天，人潮如織的市政觀光夜市，劃下句點，經營團隊陳姓業者透露，四百多家攤商很錯愕，團隊還是希望爭取就地合法機會，正研議後續如何因應。

但收到市府新罰單的地主們，下午陸續打電話到市府都發局表達不滿，認為地主並未違法，罰地主九百多萬不公平。都發局主秘李正偉坦承，罰單只是手段，目的是制止違法夜市經營。都發局表示，罰單已寄出，無法更改，請地主向內政部申訴。
