國5差別費率周6上路　宜副縣長：腦殘想法

本周6高公局將實施國5差別費率（即尖峰時段加價，離峰減價），以解決塞車問題。在宜縣籍立委陳歐珀今舉行的「解決宜蘭縣假日嚴重塞車問題」說明會中，宜蘭縣副縣長吳澤成開罵，抨擊說：「這是一種腦殘的想法，萬萬不可，貿然實施會引起民怨。」
 
吳澤成表示，學者研究理想化，沒考慮到現實問題，這是多不合理的措施，是種腦殘的想法、是公務人員傲僈心態、不站在人民立場去看。在他公務人員生涯中，沒有講過這麼重的話，更沒參加過任何陳情活動，但對於這項措施，地方民代如果要發起抗議，他會請假參加。
 
與會的交通部次長吳盟分說，此雖是對交通部很沈重指責，但不會多做辯白，而交通部一直努力為宜蘭改善交通，對於地方各建議，會帶回交通部研究。（游芳男／宜蘭報導）
