發生在2014年7月31日的高雄氣爆，不僅造成重大傷亡和損失，更突顯台灣工安的危機與問題，但每個單位互踢皮球實在令人反感，當然不禁會讓人深思一個問題，就是要進行整合真有那麼困難嗎？政府相關單位或者政客們非得讓民眾忍受「亂七八糟」又「充滿危機」的環境中嗎？
