慣竊偷遍知名速食店遭訴

有竊盜前科的杜姓慣竊被控今年2至6月間，在大台北地區的麥當勞、肯德基、摩斯漢堡、星巴克、丹堤咖啡等素食餐飲店內，竊取客人的包包、筆店等私人物品，台北地檢署今年5月逮捕杜時，發現杜涉及25起竊盜案，檢方因而以再犯之虞向法院聲押。

台北地院認為杜有再犯之虞、但無羈押必要，裁定杜1萬5千元交保，詎料杜交保後，又再連續犯下8起竊案，檢方今天依加重竊盜等罪起訴杜。
