黃世銘洩密案 高院首度開庭

前檢察總長黃世銘因揭發立委柯建銘與立法院長王金平的司法關說案，被控洩密、違反通保法等罪，一審被判刑1年2個月、得易科罰金。全案上訴後，台灣高等法院今天下午首度開庭，現調任最高檢察署主任檢察官的黃世銘，和委任律師羅明通、王如玄、王清峰搭乘黑色箱型車到法院開庭。黃世銘面對媒體鏡頭，笑說「辛苦了」之後，就直接走進法庭。目前正在開庭中。
