亞都麗緻巴黎廳1930推早午餐

以精緻法式料理為訴求的亞都麗緻巴黎廳1930，向來只提供晚餐服務，為讓更多人有機會嘗到新任法籍主廚Clement Pellerin的手藝，特別從5月24日起至7月27日推出假日早午餐，供應時間從上午11點半到下午2點。前菜海鮮盤有生蠔、帝王蟹腳、煙燻鮭魚、田螺，主菜味增醃漬圓鱈魚以法式料理技法重新詮釋日式素材，另有加入鴨肝、功夫鴨腿以及松露的佩里戈爾式蛋捲，甜點提拉米蘇於上桌後再淋上58% 的熱巧克力，每人1,850元+10%。
