媽媽和叔叔脫光光！5歲幼女指控姦情　綠帽夫提告

一名中醫推拿師，因和妻子感情不睦，2人在去年離婚，但事後5歲的小女兒告訴父親，「媽媽和叔叔脫光衣服，尿尿對尿尿的地方」，男子在離婚後才得知姦情，憤而提告求償。儘管遭指控的2人否認，但法院認為小孩子不會憑空杜撰，因此判決2人須賠償12萬元。

該名男子指控，去年他和妻子協議離婚，但在2人離婚前，小王就已勾搭上前妻，妻子常趁他上班時、或是趁他帶大女兒上學期間，聯絡小王到家裡來偷情。當時小女兒在家，2人甚至還不避諱的，直接在小女兒面前「床戰」，事後還威脅她不能說出去。

除此之外，男子還指控妻子，常藉由帶2個女兒出遊時和對方幽會，長女就曾看到2人親暱互動、勾肩搭背，也被威脅「不能告訴爸爸」。根據《自由時報》報導，離婚後父親撫養2個女兒，她們才對父親說出實情，讓他氣得提告。儘管妻子和小王否認，甚至還懷疑是丈夫要女兒胡說，但法院採信女兒說詞，因此判決2人須賠償12萬元，全案可上訴。
