越南與大陸因南海糾紛，引發暴動，財政部長張盛和14日表示，對出口表現會有影響，但數字應該不會很大，對台股的影響應該也不大。

台股14日早盤以8842.05點、上漲24.11點，不過，盤中一度由紅翻黑，加權指數在平盤上下震盪。立法院財委會14日早上審查菸酒管理法修正，張盛和在會前也被問到對越南反中暴動對出口及台股的看法。

張盛和指出，大陸為我國出口第一大國占比39%，東協為我國第二大出口地區占比18%，我國4月對越南出口增加，不過，這次排華爭議，影響應該不大，對台股的影響應該也不會很大。

張盛和並強調，我國對東協的出口占比為18%，且越南為東協六國之一，從平均數來看不過3、4%，越南排華事件對我國影響應該還好。
