不滿叨唸　兒子酒後推父撞頭亡

古坑鄉林姓男子(35歲)與69歲父親感情不睦，多次酒後和父親發生肢體衝突，被父親告家暴；昨日下午4時50分在家中飲酒後，不滿父親又對他碎碎唸並頻頻推他，他盛怒下伸手一撥，竟把父親推倒在地，後腦著地，導致顱內出血，送醫急救後，延至今午不治。林姓男子表示，他以前做鐵工，因為右手骨折，很難找工作，才待在家中喝酒，推倒父親致死是意外，雖然他和父親感情不睦，也多次被父親告家暴，但看到父親過世，心裡還是遺憾難過。警偵訊後，以傷害致死罪嫌將他移送地檢署偵辦。（寶智華／雲林報導）
