【胡治言／綜合報導】苗栗縣邱姓男子失婚，3年前邱男酒後與兒女同睡，不顧兒子還睡在一旁，竟對6歲幼女捏大腿、咬胸，女兒痛醒狠踢父親一腳，隨後爬到另張小床睡。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，女童被咬胸隔天到校告訴老師此事，回家時還被爸爸恐嚇，女童擔心父親打她，在老師協助下報案，女童經醫院鑑定罹患創傷症候群，接受心理諮商時拒稱邱男為爸爸，改用「那個人」替代。二審昨依乘機猥褻罪將邱男判刑1年、緩刑4年，另須接受加害人處遇計畫導正偏差。
