回收點滴袋當餵食袋 　北媽醫院坦承疏失

【李政遠／雲林報導】中國醫藥大學北港附設醫院安養病房，屬健保給付病房，收治安養機構急性病患，以用過的點滴袋改裝成餵食袋，灌食安養病患。今上午院方由醫院院長林欣榮、秘書林榮生、護理長余玉如及中國醫藥學院副校長陳偉德開記者會，坦承疏失道歉。
 
院長林欣榮表示，11月20日衛生局到場稽查建議觀感不佳已立即停止使用，若以正規餵食袋，必須24小時換一個，每個要價130元，對偏鄉貧窮病患來說，對一些不符和適應症病患，無法獲得健保補助，長期下來是筆龐大負擔，生理食鹽水點滴袋，僅用於安養病人需急病住院而無人照顧者。
