2011年 I MAC 21.5" 升級問題...感覺越來越慢的感覺

最近想升級一下我的IMAC

1.想升級的硬碟 我問了好多間 STUDIO A 都叫我自備硬碟給他們換,但是規格跟需求都給的不太清楚
到底規格是2.5"還是3.5"的 要買5400轉還是7XXX轉的呢 想升級到2TB不知道有辦法嗎?

2.因為我有做硬碟分割所以需要比較大容量一點的硬碟..想找能夠順便幫我做硬碟分割的店家有推薦嗎??

3.目前我的電腦使用APPLE的系統速度就會非常慢 不知道是不是硬碟容量用光造成的..
