歐盟籲烏克蘭人 保持冷靜政府自制

反對政府拒簽歐盟協議的烏克蘭示威群眾1日與警察爆發暴力衝突，歐洲聯盟2日呼籲烏克蘭人冷靜，並要求政府自制。

另一方面，烏國總統亞努科維奇致電歐盟執委會主席巴洛索，要求他接待一支烏國代表團，重新就烏國與歐盟之前破局的政經協議，進行「某些層面」的討論。

巴洛索表示歡迎代表團前往，不過，執委會只準備就已草簽的協議的執行層面進行討論，不會重啟任何談判。執委會表示亞努科維奇接受這些條件，會面時間稍後決定。

巴洛索還說，亞努科維奇明確承諾將調查警方施暴一事。（法新社）
