劉政池案 檢調約談國產署長

（中央社記者劉世怡台北3日電）劉政池涉竊佔國土案，檢調追查公務員涉及圖利情事，繼傳喚陽管處多名官員後，今天約談國產署長莊翠雲等26人作證。

苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池在陽明山興建溫泉別墅七七行館，涉嫌佔用1800坪國有地，劉政池經檢方聲押後，法院裁定新台幣300萬元交保。

士林地檢署承辦檢察官吳宗憲11月21日及28日指揮調查局台北巿調處幹員，約談前任及現任陽明山國家公園管理處多名官員後，將前陽管處長蔡佰祿以20萬元交保、現任陽管處長林永發以10萬元交保。

為清查是否有其他公務員涉及圖利等情事，檢調今天約談國有財產署署長莊翠雲和改制前的國有財產局前副局長陳官保等26名現任及前任公務員，將陸續移送士檢複訊。1021203
