劉政池案 前國產局長百萬交保

（中央社記者劉世怡台北4日電）劉政池涉竊占國土案，士檢追查公務員涉圖利情事，昨天約談前國產局長洪寶川等，經漏夜複訊，今晨將洪寶川以100萬元交保。

苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池在陽明山興建溫泉別墅七七行館，涉嫌占用1800坪國有地，劉政池經檢方聲押後，法院裁定新台幣300萬元交保。

士林地檢署承辦檢察官吳宗憲11月21日及28日指揮調查局台北巿調處幹員，約談前任及現任陽明山國家公園管理處多名官員後，將前陽管處長蔡佰祿以20萬元交保、現任陽管處長林永發以10萬元交保。

為清查是否有其他公務員涉及圖利等情事，檢調昨天約談國有財產署署長莊翠雲和改制前的國有財產局前局長洪寶川等26名現任及前任公務員作證。

莊翠雲等人昨天晚間陸續移送士檢複訊，經檢方漏夜複訊後，僅洪寶川在今天清晨約5時，改列圖利罪被告，以100萬元交保，其他人均依證人身分請回。1021204
