男子佯稱氣功減肥卻性侵少女

新北市李姓男子常到他住處附近一家麵店吃麵，而認識在店裡打工的一名國中女生；今年1月間，他向少女佯稱可用氣功替她減肥，把她帶回家性侵。少女事後告訴老師，報警逮捕李。李否認性侵，供稱只有用一根手指頭施氣功替少女減肥，但法官未採信，今天依妨害性自主罪，判李徒刑3年8月。
