俄媒：遼寧號僅能在晴天出戰　不如印度航母

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】由俄羅斯為印度改裝升級的維克拉瑪蒂號航母，已在16日移交印度軍方。俄羅斯之聲日前刊出專文評論該艘航母戰力，稱比俄羅斯現役的唯一航母庫茲涅佐夫號還要「完善得多」，而中國的遼寧號不過是一個試驗平台，「僅能在風平浪靜的理想天氣條件才能進行起降」。

俄羅斯戰略與技術分析中心專家瓦西里卡申表示，維克拉瑪蒂號是第一艘在俄羅斯境內建造的現代航母，因為俄羅斯的庫茲尼佐夫與中國的遼寧號（原名「瓦良格號」），都是在烏克蘭的尼古拉耶夫建造。而且在大幅翻修之下，他認為維克拉瑪蒂號的戰力已經超越中俄航母。

據印度媒體報導，維克拉瑪蒂號排水量為4.5萬噸、長283.5公尺，寬59.8公尺，日航行1300公里。可搭載30架飛機，包括米格-29K型戰機。單次補給可連續在海上航行45天。
