內需不振 泰國Q3 GDP遜預期、調降年度展望

泰國經濟3個季度以來首見成長，第三季(7-9月)出現擴張，但幅度不如預期：面對內需不振的情況，預料央行將繼行低利率、刺激成長。

泰國國家經濟及社會發展委員會(NESDB)18日公佈數據顯示，Q3 GDP季增1.3%，低於路透社訪調預估的1.7%；Q3 GDP年增率為2.7%，也不及市場預期的2.9%。

路透社和彭博社報導，當局表示Q3成長由觀光業帶動，其餘表現不佳。家戶消費年減1.2%，主因汽車首購補助到期、購車花費大減；民間投資也年減3.3%。民間消費佔泰國GDP比重的50%。

NESDB同時宣布調降年度經濟展望，由8月份預估的3.8-4.3%，下修至3.0%；年度外銷成長預期也從5.0%大砍至0%。NESDB預估明年經濟成長將介於4.0-5.0%。

泰國央行5月降息至2.50%的兩年低點之後，一直按兵不動。11月27日的會議上，分析師預期仍將維持現行利率，不會調降。
