西班牙文件涉隱匿？衛福部啟動政風調查

日前爆出西班牙辦事處早在2009年發出公文，警示台灣油品有混充，卻標榜100%橄欖油的問題，引發界質疑官方早就知情，竟無積極作為。

立委趙天麟今天在立法院衛環委員會上質疑，2009年10月28日一名技佐楊佩欣已上公文須調查，但後來卻換了一個承辦人高怡婷處理，到了11月3日楊佩欣仍堅持要先調查，才隔天當時的食藥處處長林雪蓉就回覆給國貿局及西班牙方面說並未涉及標示不實。

趙天麟質疑嚴重放水？是不是高層有指示？到了2011年，西班牙再度發出公文時，也是依照類似模式處理，他因此合理懷疑衛福部食藥署長期存在從廠商角度考量的問題。

葉明功表示，當時確實有調查，業者也針對標示等修改，不過，此事件目前已啟動政風室調查。
