潑糞蕭敬騰 4嫌恐嚇侮辱送辦

（中央社記者劉建邦台北3日電）台北市警方偵辦藝人蕭敬騰遭潑糞案，主嫌張姓男子和蕭姓男子訊後凌晨請回，到案4嫌將依公然侮辱、恐嚇等罪嫌送辦。

蕭敬騰10月28日下午從台北市南港區住家出門時，才上保母車，兩名男子騎機車衝向車旁潑糞，當時蕭敬騰坐在後座逃過一劫。警方查出，另有2人坐在路旁的汽車內監控。

案發後，南港警分局掌握4名男子涉案，分別是潑糞的22歲蕭男、騎機車接應的20歲陳男，以及當時在另輛轎車上的27歲曾男和主嫌28歲張男。警方1日傳喚陳、曾兩嫌偵訊；蕭、張兩嫌則是昨晚主動到案說明。

警方表示，蕭男等人潑灑穢物，且騎車離開時，還回頭對拉住機車的蕭敬騰司機罵髒話，已造成公然侮辱和恐嚇罪嫌。南港警分局訊後，今天凌晨讓張、蕭2人先行請回，並依公然侮辱、恐嚇等罪嫌把4人送辦，另持續追查背後有無主謀。1021103
