高鐵延誤風波　歐晉德：記取教訓痛定思痛

【陳如嬌／台北報導】台灣高鐵昨天彰化至雲林未來站區間的「區分絕緣器」陸續發生絕緣故障失效，導致供電異常，造成部分列車取消及延誤，影響約3萬2千多名旅客行程，民眾抱怨連連。高鐵公司今天上午開會檢討，董事長歐晉德指示，誠實以對，吸取經驗和記取教訓，痛定思痛，不逃避問題。如何在第一時間提供旅客最迅速資訊，高鐵公司會持續改進檢討。

交通部長葉匡時表示，高鐵公司半年來發生兩次大規模停駛事件 一般人都不能接受也不是很高興，交通部已要求高鐵公司檢討是怎麼一回事，是人為因素還是管理問題要進一步瞭解，葉匡時強調，高鐵公司還有很大的改善空間，在原因未查清楚前，他不便對高鐵公司作評論。
