標題[問題] 創意+企劃的薪水疑問

其實一直以來都有個夢想是在4A廣代裡面當文案 但是現實就是這樣，廣告業景氣不佳人力緊縮 只要是稍微聽過名字、或是在TAAA名冊裡有名的廣代 年資幾乎都是2年起跳 畢業以來也已經快三個月了 後來開始往更小型的公司找 終於錄取了一家，但是就是創意綁企劃的職缺 主要是接政府標案的 (不過品質還不錯，感覺對創意有堅持，因而讓我心動) 已經下定決心要從這邊開始練功了! 一邊想著，也許兼做業務也能學到很多 但是老闆很堅持要我開價，我說依照公司規定還硬是要我講個數字XD 畢竟創意人員的組織比較扁平，升遷機會不大 大概知道新手創意人員會比新手AE高一些些，在4A的公司似乎是這樣 但是對於小型公司的薪水我就真的一點概念也沒有 想請問一下這樣應該開多少呢? 純新鮮人，開28000合理嗎? 是政大本科系畢業的 感謝有經驗的前輩指教啊! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.71.185.237 ※ 編輯: doremimi 來自: 42.71.185.237 (10/11 15:45)
