http://www.shinpuyuan-group.com/ch/shinpu/menu.aspx?Pc=38 餐廳名稱：新葡苑SOGO復興店 地址： 台北市忠孝東路三段300號10樓(太平洋SOGO百貨復興店) 電話：(02)8772-0177 消費時間：2010年/10月 事發經過：跟朋友點了1780元的三人套餐，結果朋友在舀了第一碗的 廣東滋養煲湯，喝了一口覺得口感怪怪的，結果吐出來發 現是一支小型小強，因為是舀出來的第一碗，照比率計算， 整鍋裡面應該有五隻以上。想說這種價位算是中高檔的餐 廳，應該不致於發生這種事情才對。後來副理過來緩夾， 原本還跟我們講可以發折價券給我們下次來消費使用。我 跟她說妳覺得還會有下次嗎？她才請我們任意選取一種湯 品重做給我們。最後結帳時帳單竟然還有小費，經過我們 爭取才把小費去掉(另湯品不算錢)。其實這種事情若發生 在國外，這一餐應該是全額退費而且餐廳恐怕被告到死， 可是在台灣大家似乎都不大計較，通常就是錢照付，頂多 扣掉發生問題那一道。另外想說的是這一家餐廳服務生臉 都很臭，態度也不是很佳，是時候讓這一家餐廳檢討一下 了。以上。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.70.92.240 ※ 編輯: kooluo 來自: 203.70.92.240 (10/10 17:41)
