右鍵選單跑很慢，主要原因是你裝了一些程式，這些程式會加了一些功能在你的右鍵選單上。而當你啟動右鍵選單的時候，可能會同時去「提醒」這些程式要準備好你可能進行的操作，因此你就會看到游標一直在跑。

不過，一般來說很多程式都很快就可以執行好這些準備動作，所以游標應該是不至於讓你慢到有感覺的。但有一個例外，那就是由於我們電腦上安裝了很多雲端的同步程式，因為系統要等待雲端的回應，有時再加上網路出了問題，你就會看到你的右鍵選單一直跑，甚至會以為當機。

要解決這問題，你可以下載「shexview」這個程式，它可以移除右鍵選單的選項，之後就不會再因為等待這些程式而導致系統遲緩甚至當機了。

Step1

連到官網下載程式，網址為：http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html

Step2

下載之後解壓縮，不需安裝可以直接執行檔案。

Step3

在「type」中找到「Content Menu」，這裡會列出右鍵選單的內容。找到你需要砍除的選項。

Step4

按下右鍵，點選「Disable Selected Items」就可以將該選項關閉。
