凱道集會變調 拆外交部招牌

昨日下午凱道集會活動變調，主辦單位台灣國總會長王獻極涉嫌率眾突襲外交部，並拆下外交部正門銜牌；最後員警奪回銜牌並逮捕從中阻擾的66歲男子李炳欽，依妨害公務送辦，並將追究王獻極及拆牌者刑責。

昨天下午，約有千餘名群眾參加「908台灣國周年凱道升旗集會」，3時許，上演向總統府丟藍白拖的戲碼後，台灣國總會長王獻極隨即率眾突襲外交部，將外交部正門外銅製銜招牌拆下，當場與員警發生肢體衝突。

混亂中，群眾藏起銜牌帶回凱道舞台上，員警立即展開前後夾擊要搶回銜牌，在幾波你爭我奪的推擠中，最後員警順利搶回銜牌，過程中還有員警和民眾被銜牌割傷掛彩，警方並當場逮捕阻擾員警的男子李炳欽。

警方指出，此次集會活動出現失控，經警方警告制止不聽，已違反集遊法，已先將李炳欽依妨害公務罪嫌送辦。
