宏達電抓內鬼 分析師認為對股價影響屬中性

宏達電對設計部副總簡志霖等人提出告訴，上周五檢調單位發動搜索後已將其收押禁見。法人表示，宏達電此舉可迅速止血，就算資料已流出，對方也將迴避相關技術，以避免後續可能的官司，因此對股價影響應屬中性，接下來公布的8月營收才是關鍵。

國泰證期顧問處協理陳威良表示，對科技業來說，彼此的商業機密攻防戰層出不窮，宏達電立刻採取行動，可說是迅速止血，就算真有研發機密流向其他業者，在事件爆發後，對方也會迴避相關技術，避免踩到紅線，預料此事對股價的影響應屬中性。
