總統親自出席APEC？ 府：條件還不夠

今年亞太經合會（APEC）領袖高峰會即將於10月在印尼舉行，外傳我力推今年由馬英九總統親自出席。總統府發言人李佳霏上午表示，有關我方出席的議題，馬總統會盡力爭取以經濟體領袖身分參加APEC，這樣的「參與意願」跟過去李前總統、陳前總統並無二致，至於能否實現還需要創造更多的條件，「到目前為止，條件還不夠」。
