對於某媒體報導「人民幣優存利率4% 央行盯上」，與事實不符。

央行表示，自2月6日開放外匯指定銀行辦理人民幣業務，在尊重市場機制之前提下，有關人民幣存款利率並無報載所稱央行盯上或要求對存款客層結構、期間長短及使用方式等三大面向提出專案報告的狀況。
