國人購屋5成最愛尾數0　北市88也熱門

【張菱育／台北報導】信義房屋從32萬筆實價登錄的資料中，發現國人購屋時的成交習慣，其中整數價格最受歡迎，在台北市、新北市與台中市最受歡迎的尾數為00、50、80、20等數字，統計雙北市尾數為0的交易佔比就達5成，而台北市尾數88、68則更熱門，顯示國人在買屋時，希望成交價可以取諧音如88(發發)，有個好彩頭。

信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德指出，根據實價登錄的房價尾數(統計至萬元)，尾數0的比例高達5成，其次則是尾數5，第3名則是尾數8，而僅有2.85%的登錄個案尾數為4，顯示國人購屋時還是對4仍有忌諱。
