涉詐外勞遣返費　移民署專勤隊員遭聲押

【賴又嘉／台北報導】移民署新竹市專勤隊1名溫姓隊員，日前在北市某醫美診所查緝到1名逾期居留的印尼外勞，卻未陳報，還涉嫌與1名陳姓友人向外勞誆稱，需將其遣返印尼，向外勞收取遣返費，另向僱主收取僱用非法外勞罰款，將款項放入私人口袋，再放走這名外勞。直到日前市調處再度查獲這名外勞，外勞驚呼「被騙了」，才揭穿溫男犯行。
 
檢調昨(30日)兵分3路搜索溫男辦公處所、住處及陳男家中，並以嫌疑人身分約談溫男及4名證人。據悉，辦案人員在溫男住處搜得40張外勞居留證，懷疑溫男以相同手法向其他外勞詐財，溫男則喊冤表示，款項只是代收，否認不法。但因其他專勤隊員證稱，專勤隊只負責查緝，無權收款，檢方認為溫男辯詞不可採，且陳男未到案，深夜依《貪污治罪條例》假借職務詐欺取財、圖利、《刑法》妨害自由等罪，向法院聲請羈押溫男。
