基隆: 變調的七夕！基隆市刑大昨清晨在基金三路上發現1名男子行跡詭異，上前盤查時發現該男鼻孔竟殘留K毒，男子坦承與朋友在汽車旅館開毒趴慶七夕，警方到汽車旅館後當場將7男1女逮捕，移送法辦。被警方逮捕後這幾個8年級生還嘻皮笑臉、我行我素，甚至嗆警察:「拉K大不了罰錢，有什麼了不起！」令警方直搖頭說「根本沒救了！」
