高雄氣爆 以恢復維生管線優先

中央災害應變中心今天(3日)下午4時召開記者會，說明高雄氣爆事件救災最新進度。由於居民已陸續返家，因此應變中心目前的指導原則就是以恢復民生相關維生管線為優先；但因為部分道路損毀，災區內的住戶若短期內無法恢復供氣，不排除先以桶裝瓦斯因應。
在能源供應部分，三多路和一心路可在5日晚上恢復供水。凱旋路由於還在管制中，因此預計進場後，3天內恢復供水。在電力部分，預計5日完成全區復電，非災區的天然氣供應則預計最快可在5日晚間恢復供應。
根據中央災害應變中心截至3日下午2時的統計，死亡人數維持28人、2人失蹤，但受傷人數增加2人，成為302人。在能源供應部分，較上午9時的統計，多了3千多戶恢復供應天然氣。
為讓災區民眾安心返家，中央單位包括環保署和勞動部都進駐，協助高雄市政府執行監測空氣和管線是否仍有丙烯氣體殘留。
