勞資關係可私下合解嗎？

勞資爭議既已進入勞資關係協進會調解程序階段
勞方只須按開會時日到場提出主張就好了
要和解就直接在調解開會時和解即可
拿到和解書之前，其他千萬不可先去撤銷調解申請，也不必配合資方的干擾舉動而有任何自行和解的因應動作
以免被資方耍弄
