中職準備對MPS訴訟　要求博斯支付剩餘金額

中華職棒聯盟今天下午召開常務理事會，針對MP & Silva(以下簡稱MPS)中止職棒轉播代理權與中止博斯轉播訊號一事進行討論，並達成以下4點共識。

一、進行對MPS訴訟的準備工作，包括整理更詳盡資料提供球團參考。
二、由律師正式發函給博斯，要求支付未付清的轉播權利金。
三、歡迎有意轉播中華職棒賽事的頻道業者主動來談。
四、關於媒體報導MPS主動解約一事係因為CPBL TV收費辦法，此為錯誤訊息，CPBL TV收費辦法為中華職棒聯盟與MPS的共識。
