陸軍下士洪仲丘疑在軍中禁閉室被施虐致死，真相不明。陸軍上將退役的國民黨立委陳鎮湘至今仍未對此事發表談話，引起好奇。陳鎮湘國會辦公室今（18）日表示，陳鎮湘去美國，現在正在回程的飛機上，晚間10點才會抵達。

陳鎮湘國會辦公室表示，陳鎮湘回來就很晚了，今天不會針對此事發表談話，但明天上午將與國民黨立委蘇清泉合開記者會，探討軍醫制度的問題。

陳鎮湘是陸軍退役上將，曾任軍團司令、金防部司令官、軍管部司令、陸軍總司令，以及國防大學校長；現為國民黨不分區立委，也是國民黨提名的首位退役上將。
