標題[討論] 詢問內轉的積極度

在目前的單位工作了2年多，這是我的第一份工作。 自已希望可以轉換跑道，學更多的東西。 公司鼓勵內轉，故表面上是有不少的機會。 不過我猜被打槍的機會也蠻高的，但總是需要試試看才知道。 關於積極度，有個問題一直很納悶： 1.應該一個一個問，被拒絕再問下一個單位(這樣會找很久) 2.亦或有興趣的單位同時問，增加成功的機會。(這樣好像又會黑掉) 大大的意見如何呢？給小弟參考一下。 感謝~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.183.196
