餐廳名稱：Bolla Bolla Artisan Ice Cream 手工異國風味冰淇淋 消費時間：2013/07/15 面交地址：台南市安平區文平路209號 電話：06-293-0222 營業時間：AM11:00~PM8:00 公休日：無 每人平均價位：75-140元 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：威士忌奶油口味.義式冰淇淋 圖文網誌：http://literaryouth.pixnet.net/blog/post/146196448 ----------------------------------------------------------- 誠品文平店的左後側開了一間以異國冰淇淋為主題的冰淇淋店， 這個夏天除了霜淇淋在台南開戰之外，義式冰淇淋也正式加入這場環大台南ICE大戰， 因為中午來誠品買書發現的，加上試賣期間85折的誘惑就誤打誤撞進去了。 特別的是，義式冰淇淋球跟日式霜淇淋 在這裡都有 目前還在試營運期間，店家也告知正式營運後會新增茶點、咖啡跟輕食 義式冰淇淋︰口味不定期會做更新，但有幾個口味是特殊口味，單價就會高一點 霜淇淋︰每日口味也不一定，跟其他店家一樣是用日本的NISSEI霜淇淋機， 好不好吃就看店家各自的功夫了 有分大小球、單球、雙球、三球以及特殊口味的價格 本次選擇義式冰淇淋口味︰威士忌奶油 威士忌的酒味並不突出，反而是奶香味比較吃得出來 我自己則相當喜歡這個特殊口味，細吃的話裡面還有微粒的餅乾 如果是怕酒味太重的顧客，這個口味我想接受度也相當的廣泛 個人覺得這裡的義式冰淇淋比霜淇淋來的出色許多 目前還有85折優惠，店家告知:試賣期間約到七月底 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.171.181.30
