ACDSee for mac無法處理Leica M type 240的DNG檔

最近拿到Leica M，又換了MAC book pro retina display，想找一個可以很容易瀏覽影像的軟體。由於在PC上用慣了ACDSee，又發現這個軟體有MAC版，就不加思索訂購了最新版的ACDSee pro 3 for MAC。沒想到使用後才發現MAC版的ACDSee認不得Leica M的DNG檔。

寫信去ACDSee軟體支援部門詢問，回覆是ACDSee MAC版對RAW檔的支援，完全取決於Apple作業系統對Camera RAW的支援程度，與他們無關，信裡還附了一張Apple support提到的Moutain Lion對個廠牌相機RAW檔的支援表，裡面真的沒有Leica M。我又問他，既然如此，為什麼我可以從Apple Finder預覽，亦可以用iphoto處理這些檔案，他們的回覆是“some RAW files are similar to others and the embedded JPG will be displayed but development of these files is not possible”。問到這裡，我真的啞口無言，但仍是滿腹狐疑。我知道再問下去也不會有結果，因此想請教板上神人，事實真的是這樣的嗎？
