我已經告訴中華電信將我的上網功能關掉，但是昨晚我發現我的wifi好像案到開啟，一整天都呈現開啟狀態，期間我完全沒有上網，請問我wifi沒關要收費嗎?

放心一年365天都開著也不用錢只是會比較耗電而已
