標題[問題] 簽約三年但工作內容不符期望

如題，如果和公司簽合約三年(有領簽約金的情況下) 合約書明訂中途欲辭職需罰款大約二個月的薪水金額 並須在五個月前口頭告知離職 重點是如果在工作期間，不符合自己所期望的工作內容 比方說學不到專業能力，或者三年都在做打雜的工作 (因合約書並沒有明顯描述工作內容，只有寫職位名稱是企劃助理) 這種情況下該如何做下一步的動作，謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.180.110.253 ※ 編輯: cv7 來自: 175.180.110.253 (07/16 03:46)
