騎樓車子停放問題(因有小擦撞到騎樓內的車子)

請問各位大家，今天有個小狀況發生。

我今天行駛直線進入右轉巷子

因為閃避左側衝出來的機車，擦撞到右邊停駛的汽車，重點來了。

因為對方車子是停在騎樓內 車尾已經有點長到馬路邊緣，所以我想知道，如果對方事

後 獅子大開口，這樣我有需要理會的地方嗎。

因為我當下有停車，聯絡車主處理，剛好是在對方的店門口，所以當下我賠償對方所開
出的金額，但是現在想想，沒有寫任何和解書，我怕對方反咬一口。

所以想先詢問這方面的問題，因為我印象中 騎樓是不能停放汽車的~

懇請專家解答~
