我今天收到的offer 裡面的薪資 還在我預期中 可是我想到 裡頭還要另扣勞健保~ 哇 那就會變少 我想到~ 那雇主要提撥退休金 6%~ 請問是從談好的薪資扣嗎? 那offer上的薪資 如果不太滿意~ 還有談的空間嗎? 那是上呈主管簽核後的offer 還是只能夠選擇接不接受offer呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.15.16.94

推 flypenguin:勞退金6%是雇主繳，不能從薪水扣，除非你自己要再加碼 07/02 22:10
