台灣人體生物資料庫統計發現，5成國人陷「三高」危機，總膽固醇過高、血壓高、糖化血色素異常。未來恐面臨中風、心肌梗塞、糖尿病等慢性病危機。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，分析1萬8千餘人的資料發現，5成國人總膽固醇過高、5成糖化血色素異常，國人每周運動次數少於3次，超過5成男性沒有運動習慣，7成女性體脂率高於百分之27（正常值百分之20到27），被稱為「泡芙族」。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
