護照號碼4444　想換先寫陳情書再繳錢

鄒姓高中老師替兩歲半的兒子申請護照，護照號碼末4碼為「4444」，感覺不吉利想要更換，卻得寫陳情書，還要再繳費。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，鄒老師說，孩童第一次辦護照要繳900元，若要換發護照，得先寫陳情書，再繳900元，已檢附過的照片等資料，都要再準備一份，根本是「一頭牛扒兩層皮」。外交部領務局副局長尹新垣表示，護照與鈔票都由中央印製廠印製，都是流水序號，要將「4」去掉，實際作業有困難，並非承辦人員疏失。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
