入監取代酒駕罰款

日前飲酒並騎乘機車，並被警察實施酒精濃度測試，由於初犯且酒精濃度再0.25以下，未被移送地檢署處理，被處以保管機車、吊扣駕照1年、罰單15000元。

由於名下並無動產及不動產，也還在待業中，15000罰單實在無力繳納，即使分期付款也相同。

1.逾期 60 日以上繳納，由15000變為22500元，在期限內不知道要去哪裡申請以入監方式取代酒駕罰款？
2.入監後三餐等費用須另由酒駕犯自行負擔？
3.入監1日可抵多少錢？
4.是否就跟強姦犯一樣，擁有前科紀錄？
5.此前科犯是否適用於更生人，享有其權利？
